Break the overeating cycle and free yourself to lose weight in an enjoyable effective way! Follow my journey on my Set and Forget diet - I'm currently 42 lbs down and have another 42 to go to reach my goal of a healthy weight. In this episode I discuss what overeating has looked like for me, and how this led to me being around 84lbs above a weight where I feel my healthiest and most vibrant. I also talk about the steps I have taken to break free from my disordered overeating and exactly what I did to lose the first 42 lbs in my journey.
