A memo from the group that oversees the BC Lottery Corporation is giving greater insight into the money passing through the province's casinos. The note recently made public in a freedom of information request on the government's open information site. It shows OF the top ten occupations the biggest gamblers at River Rock casino - the number six was housewives. The 75 people under that category bringing in more than 14- million-dollars. Topping the list were folks working in real estate - bringing 53-million-dollars through casino doors that year. This information from a 2016 memo comes as the lottery corporation is undergoing an official review and under scrutiny for possibly laundering money from from so called whale gamblers allegedly bringing in money in duffle bags.
