TSS099_From A-B with Todd Reding
Manage episode 176563784 series 1416188
Back in episode TSS092 with Devon Tilly, Todd's name was put forward by Devon as a man that he's like to see appear on The Site Shed podcast.
Todd has a great story of self success and customer success. Charrette Venture Group works with Architects in the USA and Canada (hopefully soon the UK and Australia), by providing an 'incubator' type service that has been refined for Architects specifically.
Todd's team has a proven system that when plugged into organisations, it facilitates growth and development across 8 key areas of business. These areas have been derived from their own experiences, along with resources such as 'The E-Myth Architect' by Michael Gerber.
Todd explains in this podcast, there's currently around 60,000 architectural firms/companies in the USA and Canada, many of which have little to no idea about how to run a business. Sure they may be great architects, however as we all know, it takes more than mere skill in your trade, or professions to run a successful business.
Charrette Venture Group has goals and plans to be working with over 200 firms by 2018. Although they are a relatively new business at this stage, it's looking promising for them and the industry.
