Jirbie is a Philippines based expert in Essential oils and certified Aromatherapy Aromatherapist,. She also conducts classes on candle making, shampoo bars, natural perfume and organic body care. She's done consulting work for international beauty brands such as Kiehl’s and Pili Ani. She's been a brand ambassador since 2008 for beauty and wellness sharing dealings on topics such as beauty, lifestyle and animal rescue.

I this interview I get to discuss Jirbie's interest in aromatherapy and essential oils. How she came to be interested in these disciplines, where and when she learnt the necessary skills to become a practitioner in the Philippines. We talk about the history of aromatherapy and essential oils, where the interest and practice originated from along with some of the benefits in everyday and mind/body/spirit practices.

Finally Jirbie explains the difference between price and availability from when she stated up to where she is now, the interest explosion that has lead her to teaching her skills remotely and helping farmers out during the pandemic lockdowns.
