Is city life making you old? Yes, and in more ways than one. This is Judy Gaman and this is your Stay Young medical minute. Living in the city can mean pollution, both noise pollution and air pollution. Noise pollution can interrupt sleep patterns and increase your risk for dementia and inflammation due to stress.
