Very excited to share our conversation with Head Elite Strength + Conditioning coach from the University of Melbourne, Tony Sephton. Tony coaches across a variety of sporting disciplines, you might be familiar with one of his runners Australian 800m record holder Catriona Bisset. In this episode we ask Tony to explain exactly what the role of an S+C coach is and how he helps athletes perform at their best.
