High heels - women (and some men) love them, but we all know they can be painful on our feet. What we probably don't realise is that when we wear high heels, they force our posture to change and we push out our butt. Now this is a good thing if you want to look like Kim Kardashian as you walk, however it also changes the length of our muscles over time which can put them out of balance and results in long term back pain.
Standing desks - we all think they are good for us, but many of us are using them incorrectly, meaning they can be worse for us in the long run! Greg explains what he sees when people use their desks incorrectly and how to make tiny tweaks to save your spine in the long run.
