Rising grocery prices make it difficult for consumers to purchase healthy food, especially those from low-income households.

Naturopath and wellness expert Erin O'Hara says even buying seasonal fruits and veges is more costly, especially for those trying to feed a whole family.

Erin O'Hara suggests healthy eating could be more accessible for people if the Government introduced a sugar tax on unhealthy goods and reduced taxes on healthy food.
