  • Feb - Practice yoga daily
  • Mar - Wake up by 4:30 a.m. daily
  • Apr - No Sugar (except for long runs)
  • May - 30 Active Days
  • Jun - 30 Day Photo Challenge
  • Jul - Daily Journaling
  • Aug - Cold Showers
  • Sep - Daily Pomodoro
  • Oct - Daily Meditation
  • Nov - Notes of Gratitude
  • Dec - No Social Media
