What can happen if clean eating is taken to extreme? Today, we're talking about "orthorexia" which is a term used to describe an obsession with proper or ‘healthful’ eating to the extent of harming one's body and health. In an industry that praises "healthful" eating, it's important to understand the warning signs that healthy eating has gone too far.
