Melissa and her family went to Myrtle Beach, SC for vacation when she came up with the idea for Packable Pails. She had bought her son a sand bucket while there however, she had to throw it away prior to leaving because it would not fit in the luggage for the airplane ride home. As a result, she sketched her design on a napkin and the rest is history. She is creating packable pails for all sorts of occasions, not just the beach.
