We continue the series, Managing in The Midst of The Current Outbreak, with none other than Pat Ogden, PhD, a pioneer in somatic psychology and both Founder and Education Director of Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute®, an internationally recognized school specializing in somatic–cognitive approaches for the treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder and attachment disturbances.

In this interview Pat shares her thoughts on how this pandemic, and the trauma associated with it, is impacting us not only on an individual level, but on a global scale, as well. She shares her thoughts 0n the importance of recognizing our body's responses and reactions as a means of regulating our nervous system, when we find ourselves in the center of anxiety.
