On our second episode of The Undiscovered You, I had the honour of sitting down with one of my Marvellous Mentors - Dean Peter "Bo" Rutledge - the Dean of the University of Georgia School of Law and someone who has had an incredible career, is passionate about helping and developing others but who, despite his incredibly impressive resume is humble and modest and just an incredibly lovely person. It was only in putting this podcast together that I looked back and realised he had been an unexpected mentor of mine. Join us on this episode where Bo shares some incredible stories about what he learned about mentoring in the halls of the U.S. Supreme Court, he shares whether he studied under President Obama when he was studying at Chicago and gives all the listeners some top tips on how to get and keep a mentor.
