A fan recently asked "My partner is willing to go vegan, but is very determined to follow his low carb diet. During this spring, he wants to eat 80 grams of carbohydrates a day and 2 grams of protein per kilo of bodyweight. He weights 75 kilos, so that makes 150 grams of protein a day. I am trying to figure out how this dietary goal could be achieved on a vegan diet, but I am having problems. The amount of carbs is very, very small. Do you know if there is any way in which we could make this work?" I answer this question and provide the solution in this podcast. Enjoy!
