This week Damian and Brett have the privilege of interviewing Dr Terry Wahls about her amazing journey healing her body from crippling MS and what she has learnt from the process. Terry had gone on to create the Wahls Protocol, a way for everyone to help nourish their mitochondria and heal their bodies. She talks about the importance of essential amino acids, leafy vegetables, sulphur rich vegetables and highly pigmented vegetables and explains how vegans and vegetarians can utilise her protocol as well.

Tery will be visiting Australia in a couple of weeks for the Bioceuticals Symposium in Melbourne.
