During this episode, I recount my experience of working with the plant medicine Sanaga for 30 days. Sananga is often used to help improve night vision for hunting within tribes in the Amazon. More recently it is often used as a precursor to Ayahuasca ceremonies or as a stand-alone treatment for a variety of physical and energetic ailments. I discuss why I did it and how when the message “Stop trying, just receive” came through with the medicine, it changed my life and how I am pondering the question "Where can you allow more in your life? To just receive and what might that look like for you?

ABOUT THE SHOW

Isolation Station is an offshoot of the Things I Wish I’d Known (TIWIK) podcast. During lockdown, Rachael has been isolated in her flat by her self, so as a passionate podcaster, she thought the best way to cope was to build a kid-style camp from a massage bed and her quilt (read: audio soundproofed booth) and to create a podcast to bring a little bit of wisdom to these times and continue the TIWIK mission of sharing wisdom on how to master your mental health and fall back in love with yourself!
