What happens when we see perceived obstacles as doorways to growth? Buffy gives examples of the ways "unexpected weather" can lead us to places - beautiful places - we did not expect to go. She tells stories of internal and external rearranging, post-bath time changes, and fresh-air walks to illustrate the ways we can change our problems through changing the way we view our problems.
How we receive friction is essential to how we thrive, and she offers tangible ways to start to re-wire the way we consider problems.
