In relationships, communication is EVERYTHING. This episode, communication guru, Jacque Tyrrell shares VERY practical strategies for how to communicate well - including arguing well! Here's a bit more about Jacque:
I am a licensed social worker and I am skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), coaching, communication skills, and mindset. I really enjoy teaching the "why" and "how" of things and have a knack for using relatable similes and metaphors. Overall, I have 10 years combined experience working within the human service field as an agent of change, serving youths and their families as an advocate, mentor, and coach. As a change agent, I have worked as a behavior interventionist and skill builder with at-risk youth, a case manager of teens with disabilities preparing them for life after school, a resource broker for families and communities, and three years so far as a practicing therapist. I am honored to have been apart of so many journeys and I hope to keep seeing the awesome work people put into themselves and others!
