When we start our weight loss journeys, the initial few pounds can fall off quite quickly– but we still need to be vigilant about what we eat because there are definitely going to be times when we won’t drop the weight and we can plateau. When this happens, we really need to keep our frustrations in check because it can throw us completely off track when really– we need to accept that we will not always be consistently dropping pounds.
