Arik Royal

This Week in Wrestling was in attendance Dec 29 for the Carolina Wrestling Federation’s anniversary show. We have plenty to say about this card, but here are the results:

1. Chase Dakota, Solomon Spades, and Joe Black defeated Matt Denero, Matt Smith, and Donnie Dollars in six man action.

2. Michael McCallister beat Ty Dillinger in 3 minutes

3. Xsiris and Chet Sterling (members of the Aftermath) defeated Robyn Tyrone Golph & Terrell Givins.

4. Jason Miller beat Jesse Ortega in a falls-count-anywhere match after Miller DDTed the Aftermath enforcer on the concrete.

5. Trevor Lee, using a foreign object provided to him by William Cross, was able to defeat Brad Attitude to retain the CWF Television Championship.

6. Ben Tyler beat Chris “ShoSmoove” Lea to win the RGL Tournament and retain its eponymous title.

7. Marcellus King overcame a chair-aided attack before the match by Ric Converse to beat Converse.

8. The Superheroes (Chiva Kid, Kamikaze Kid, and Shane Helms) beat The Monsters (The Dawson Brothers and Mecha Mercenery) when Kamikaze Kid pinned Mercenary after a Hurrislam/Frog Splash combo.

9. In 21 thrilling minutes, Arik Royal pinned Ray Kandrack to win the CWF Mid Atlantic Championship.

10. The Kilbillies lost their first match after an eleven-month streak of wins, dropping the CWF Mid Atlantic tag straps to Walter Eaton and Roy Watkins, the Goon Squad
