Dr. Linda Hoopes is a workplace psychologist who is passionate about helping individuals and organizations thrive in turbulence and successfully implement change. She has recently published her second book: Prosilience: Building Your Resilience for a Turbulent World, a practical guide to intentionally strengthening your resilience, which was recently awarded the 2018 EPIC award for best nonfiction ebook. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee, and has spent more than 25 years in the field of organizational change. In addition to her professional background, she draws on her interests in music, photography, sailboat racing, and massage therapy to influence her work.
