He takes us through the process, training and requirements to be eligible to be on Board whether it be a not for profit, Government and Committee or profit. It seems it is more challenging and a highly competitive activity. David also shares his knowledge on some of the risks and rewards for Non Executive Directors and of course the Chair. We also start to unravel the 7 strands of Diversity which is a separate podcast in its own right. We thank Davis for his insights.
