Bonus Episode: Counting Action vs. Counting Days

My hope for this episode is that I will help you to see where you are putting pressure on yourself to accomplish a goal, either short-term or long-term so that you allow yourself some grace.

Ease off of yourself sister or brother and believe that if someone else achieved the same goal that you want, then you can too.

The most important part of this picture is what do YOU want? Identify one thing that you want to work on most and align yourself with that one thing.

Example: If you want to lose 10-pounds - reverse engineer the process of what you need to do to get you to your goal.

Actions: Sleep more, drink at least ½ your weight in water, add more veggies, fruit, healthy fats, journal your thoughts and feelings, and lean proteins, track your steps, sweat 5x a week, get accountability to stay on track.

At the end of each day, you celebrate each action you did and know that you are one step closer to reaching your goal. Say “I’m doing it, no matter how long it takes.”
