Larry Bird has had an outstanding career in basketball, being the only person in the NBA to be named a league MVP, Coach of the Year, and Executive of the Year. But Bird's latest set of moves as President of Basketball Operations including the debacle with Paul George being moved to OKC, has set the Pacers back from playoff contention by at least three years if not more. As great as Bird has been, he is to blame for the looming rebuild in Indiana that new President Kevin Pritchard will be forced to clean up.
