Strength - Weaknesses - Opportunities - Threats

But there is a fundamental flaw to this process...

It relies on Self-Analysis.

And that means there will always be an inbuilt bias.

Companies will overestimate their Strengths & Opportunities and underestimate their own Weakness & Threats.
