What exactly is the TREZ Learning Center? This is a question that I have not done a very good job of explaining, so this week’s episode is going to focus on that question.

The real estate marketing landscape has forever changed and will not be returning days of yore again. Further, these changes have not been brought about by real estate practices in of themselves, but by shifting attitudes of the seller buyer relationships in all areas of society. In a nutshell the seller no longer controls the selling situation, as did Willie Lohman’s colleagues. The buyer now controls the sales transaction, whether you are selling real estate, cars, or widgets. I’ve quoted this before in these podcasts but the quote of Seth Goodin at the Inman Connect bears repeating here. Honestly as an agent this may be most important thing you come across for the next several years. I quote Seth, “So where does that leave you as an agent? To be blunt, out in the cold – unless you redefine your value proposition.” Enter the TREZ Learning Center.
