Dogs, cats and other pets are becoming frequent flyers, with animals in the passenger cabin a more common sight. Federal law allows service animals on all flights, but government documents show that airlines worry some pet owners are breaking the rules. Debbie Carr of Therapy Animals of Utah and Tribune reporter Lee Davidson join Jennifer Napier-Pearce to talk about what the law allows and how some travelers are getting around the requirements.
