Horace had managed to get one serious threat out of town following the flood, but Tumbleson County has a way of quickly replacing one solved problem with three new ones. A familiar Ferguson has stumbled into town with news that will turn Youngtown more upside down than the rising Ol' Muddy managed to do. And if that wasn't bad enough, Horace's detouring of William Pelley has had both intended and unintended consequences. The storm may have subsided, but no one is out the water just yet.
