In today’s episode I interview retired Navy Seal Commander Rich Diviney. Rich just came out with a book called The Attributes, based in part on his experience of being the officer in charge of training for a specialized command within the Seals.

In this interview we talk about the difference between skills and attributes, what role the amygdala plays in stressing us out and simple hacks to start to gain more control over it, what “the 3 foot rule” is from seal training and how anyone can use it in their own life, and much more.

Enjoy.
