Host David Zwick has never had Taco Bell. After mentioning this fact on an earlier episode and to kick off 2019 right, fellow host Winston Carter subjects David to try a significant portion of the menu with comedians Jake Regal and Jessica Svendsgaard. The episode begins with a round of “New Year, New Foo(d)” where David announces he wants to try a crepe cake this year, Winston wants to have better homemade prepared salads and Jake has his sights set on more Filipino food. For the tasting, a hard shell taco, two doritos locos tacos, a cheesy gordita crunch, a spicy tostada, a mexican pizza, a five layer burrito, a quesarito and cinnamon twists are washed down with a baja blast. AND THEN, Winston surprises David with a homemade Il Timpano (a la the movie Big Night) but with a twist...it’s an Il Timp-Taco Bell filled with soft and hard tacos and a crunchwrap supreme.
