Mariana es además presidenta de la Fundación Áreas Protegidas de Chile y administradora en ecoturismo. Mariana dedica su tiempo a diseñar maneras de conectar a las personas con la naturaleza y a pensar el desarrollo del turismo desde una base comunitaria y sostenible.
