It is biologically natural to grief when someone loses a person close to them. Dealing with the loss of a loved one can be traumatizing and overwhelming. Although the grieving process is different for everyone, it moves in and out of stages that are common to every person. According to psychology, the grieving stages involve denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. These stages take a long time to reach acceptance level with mixed reactions, behaviors, and emotions.
