Residing on the celestial equator, the constellation Orion has been one of the most prominent and easily recognizable starry sights, in no small thanks to Orion's belt. Thirty years ago, on July 21, 1989, UHF was released into theaters during one of the biggest summers for blockbuster releases. Rising star "Weird" Al Yankovic was setting his sights on the entire world. Receiving only small thanks, UHF was removed from theaters within the month, causing Orion Pictures to tighten their belt indefinitely.
UHF lived on in home video as part of the MGM family, just as this podcast will now live on in the MxM family.
