Why can we say that nazism has returned to Europe? The Russian war against Ukraine will have large-scale consequences for the world’s economy — what are they? What are the losses inflicted on Ukraine by Russia and how are they growing everyday? Ukrainian leaders answered these questions during the third Ukrainian Dialogue.
Speakers of the discussion were Olga Stefanishyna, Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine, Yegor Chernev, Chairperson of the Permanent Delegation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, Natalie Jaresko, Chairperson of Aspen Institute Kyiv Supervisory Board and a Minister of Finance of Ukraine (2014-2016).

Third Ukrainian Dialogue was held by Aspen Institute Kyiv and Aspen Institute France. The discussion was moderated by Jean-Christophe Bas, Founder and CEO of The Global Compass, member of the executive board of the Aspen Institute France. Jean Luc Allavena, Aspen Institute France Chairman and Yuliya Tychkivska, Executive Director of Aspen Institute Kyiv made introductory speeches at the beginning of the dialogue.
