With the cancellation of sporting events over the past year, many people have begun to join e-sports competitions. According to Apptopia, March has become the most lucrative month for streaming platforms Twitch, Mixer, Caffeine and Discord. In March 2021, Twitch users viewed more than 1.1 billion hours of content, a record for the service's nine-year history. This trend is increasingly "legitimizing" eSports and making it mass entertainment. The pandemic and the crisis have undoubtedly hit the economy hard and shaken our perception of the world. But if we try to look at the pros, now we see the rapid development of new interesting technologies, which otherwise might not have appeared for years.
