**First off I apologize for thevideo cut-off, but I figued it isbetter to get the content outthat not**

Today's WOD inspired bya conversation after theLucky Duck WOD in thatdiscussion we were talkingabout the merits of variouspieces of training equipment

Primarily items like theairdyne, concept 2 rower, and concept 2 SkiErg.

This discussion includedthe value of training theanterior core.

Which is a working ideathat I've had for quite sometime now.

And has been abandon bymany due the anti-flexionmania held by many byand pushed by some in thefunctional world.

Am I saying that it's timeto go back to making sit-upsand crunches the end allbe all for 'core' training notat all.

Do flexing drills have a place, when used with low load andreasonable volume I thinkthat is safe bet.

If you are like me an alwaystime crunched you don't reallyhave a place in training forpurely 'core' work it has tobe integrated.

To that fact if you were tojust do 'core' work you'dfeel let down by lack ofoverall work.

Today I think we've foundfine way to get all thevalue of training the oftneglected anterior corewith a small piece of fullbody training.
