On the day I finished recording this episode, I have been sitting in silent reverence and awe ...it's January 20, 2021, and I watched the first female Vice President EVER in American history say her oath at inauguration. I literally have had a grin on my face all day, and had goosebumps and tears of joy seeing it happen. It's in this same energy of inspiration that I'd like to introduce Adam Schaeuble of the Million Pound Mission podcast. He started a podcast to help people be inspired to make positive change in their lives, organize themselves, and prioritize their habits - just like he did when he lost 100lbs.
