Part 2 of Tales from the Post-Modern Atlantis.

Last time, Virgil took a steamer to the old city and got lost in the mysterious fog. He wakes up in the Old City and immediately befriends a jazz musician and gets down to interviewing the oldest citizen of the city. Not only does he get a slice of life in the new city, but more importantly, Virgil gets a clue of what made Apocalypsia the wasteland we know and love.
