Host Toby Davis sits down with Angel Eduardo initially to discuss his article "How to Star-Man | Arguing from Compassion" published February 10, 2021 with the Center for Inquiry. Angel is a writer, musician, photographer, and designer based in New York City. He is a staff writer and content creator for idealist.org, as well as a columnist for the Center for Inquiry. He also serves on the Advisory Board for the Foundation Against Intolerance & Racism (FAIR). Angel discusses how he came up with the idea for "Star-manning" based on the David Bowie song "Starman", how he grew up to be an individual with critical thinking, Superman vs Jesus, George Carlin, and much more.
To begin, we start with an audio reading of the article "How to Star-Man | Arguing from Compassion" read by Gabe Garber and produced by Todd Niesen.
