“Enlightening” and “Powerful” are the two words that best describe this outstanding Observations conversation. The theme for the program was the celebration of “National Recovery Month” which begins on September 1. It is not often when you have:

— a psychiatrist (in private practice) who consults at Scripps Memorial Hospital in San Diego;
