Katy’s titles include Downhill National Series Champion, European 4 cross Champion, 4cross Pro Tour winner as well as having 7 other World Cup Podiums.
She left pro-riding to focus on coaching. I caught up with her to find out what on earth 4-cross is and to talk her approach to scary things.
