Dr. Kelly is a licensed psychologist, and mind-body therapist who specializes in coping mechanisms to heal through tough times, but also in guiding her clients on how to grow their self-empowerment muscle. She has her own self-discovery journal (the True You Journal) that has reflections and prompts, etc. aimed to make self discovery comprehensible and fun.

In this episode we discuss ways to become more self-aware and how to get in touch with our personal blind spots. Dr. Vincent covers the importance of taking inventory of our feelings towards all that's happening around us, and how to take notice of how our bodies respond to everything happening within us. She also digs into understanding our nervous system and building cognitive awareness.
