Joe Crane talks about DOD Technology Transfer TechLink with Austin Leach. TechLink is the Department of Defense's only national partnership intermediary for technology transfer. Since 1999, they've helped transfer more than a thousand inventions and have facilitated more than half of all licensed agreements in the US. Austin used to work at the Silicon Valley before working for TechLink. It was 2014 when he came across them.
