On today’s episode, Joe Crane discusses Placing Veterans in Field Service Jobs with Navy Veteran Dan Eddinger. Dan had a successful career in the military. Now, he runs his own company where his team is placing transitioning military, Veterans and their family members in field services roles of all sorts. Tune in!

Dan enlisted in the Navy as a nuclear machinist. He had the privilege to be with an enlisted commissioning program. That enabled him to study in the university and graduate with a degree in Material Engineering.
He later went on his first deployment in the Mediterranean. He did a lot of tours, and saw lots of different places. Dan also did VIP tours.Time to Transition
The time came when Dan decided to transition out of the military. He attended a transition conference, where he learned the significance of networking and paying attention to people.
There were only a couple of job offers he received. When he retired, he chose to work as Field Project Manager for a small tech company. He worked there for 2 years.Into FieldVets
Dan left the company and went on to work as Store Manager for Target. He went through training and got his own store. After a year of working at his store, he landed another job.
He worked for a tower services business, where he formalized the company’s recruitment, training, and certification. Now, Dan his own company that’s set to help transitioning military, veterans, and their family members find work.
