Our panel fielded questions about demos, the importance of technology (and wrapping your head around it), how to find a specific voiceover coach, medical narration, how not to end up on the ‘do not hire’ pile, and much more! Leading the discussion was Carin Gilfry of Voice Actors of NYC and Jamie Muffett, host of the VO School Podcast. Our fantastic panelists were: Lisa Biggs: voice talent, casting director and business maven. Jim Kennelly: veteran of the voiceover industry in New York City, and owner/producer/CD of Lotas Productions. And David Goldberg: CEO of Edge Studios, a voiceover centric company that began in the late 80's and produces, casts and teaches voiceover in all genres.
