Jo Saxton is a director in 3DM a movement/organization with a vision and passion to change the world by putting discipleship and mission back into the hands of ordinary people. Her responsibilities include leadership for 3DM STAND, a new initiative equipping women for leadership and influence wherever God has placed them. Originally from the United Kingdom, Jo was college pastor at St. Thomas Church, Sheffield, England, planting missional congregations among college students and young adults. Since moving to the United States in 2004, Jo has served on church teams discipling leaders, training teams and planting missional communities in areas ranging from the suburbs to the inner city. She and her husband Chris have recently planted a church in Minneapolis. Jo is also the author of three books including More than Enchanting, which explores the subject of women in leadership. Jo loves running, good music, reading, and laughing loudly with family and friends over a great meal. Jo and Chris have two amazing daughters. Follow her on Twitter at @josaxton.
