Navigating the stereotypes, competition, and insecurities in the world of Black women is trying. However, I need to tackle these challenges head-on in this episode so we can shift our views, see each other as allies, and practice the power of sisterhood. The impact of our words to others and in our own negative self-talk we will talk about. It's time to encourage, uplift, and support – not tear each other down.
