From humble beginnings crewing at MTV in London, to running festival stages and arena shows around the world, Rishi recalls working with British rapper Slowthai and American rock supergroup A Perfect Circle. The sometimes comedic pressures of running a podcast tour featuring Kevin 'Silent Bob' Smith. The joy and excitement he gets in festival season, managing stages at festivals such as All Points East and Creamfields.
