Pamm McNeil is an expert at finding pathways to get students into college using unique pathways. Pamm is a graduate of Wellesley College and Harvard Business School.
She is the Founder and President of College Bound Success. Pamm works with Alfred Street Baptist Church's annual college scholarship, assisting students with applying for and receiving scholarships, and worked as an HBCU College Festival Volunteer Coordinator. Pamm is based in the metro Washington, DC area and is enthusiastic about helping African American students.
Pamm shares her genesis for her educational pursuits as you entered Wellesley College and how her college and work experience transformed her to have a passion for helping youth get a quality education. She is a second-generation college graduate; her parents are HBCU college sweethearts and active alumni of Winston-Salem State University. Pamm shares how HBCU’s continue making valuable contributions to students today.
Pamm is a Board member of the Alfred Street Baptist Church Foundation which annually reviews over 250 applications from graduating high school seniors and selects and awards over eighty college scholarship recipients each year. She shares how the Foundation transforms the lives of students that participate in the college scholarship program at Alfred Street Baptist Church.
Alfred Street Baptist Church also annually hosts one of the largest HBCU College Festivals in the country, and Pamm served on the planning committee for many years as the volunteer coordinator.
