There are so many different kinds of food allergies and sensitivities today that weren’t an issue 20 years ago, and it’s causing challenges for brides and grooms planning their wedding menus. Sandy says you should show sensitivity to your guests’ needs and preferences, but you don’t have to take a survey of who-can-eat-what and work around that. Your wedding menu should be things you like, and things most people can eat. Just do your best to accommodate as many folks as you can without giving up the vision you have for your party.
